North Carolina's P.J. Hairston has been selected as the StatSheet ACC Player of the Week for the week ending February 18th. Duke's Rasheed Sulaimon has been recognized as StatSheet ACC Freshman of the Week. And last but certainly not least, Duke's Tyler Thornton has won StatSheet's ACC 6th Man of the Week. Hairston tallied 50% shooting, 7.5 rebounds per game, and 3.5 three pointers per game. The North Carolina sophomore put these numbers up in a win versus Virginia and a loss to Duke.

Hairston led all scoring and rebounding for the Tar Heels with 23 points and 8 rebounds in a 73-68 loss to Duke. He followed that up by leading the team in scoring with 29 points plus an additional 7 rebounds in a narrow 93-81 win over Virginia.

This is the first StatSheet ACC Player of the Week award for P.J. Hairston. However, he has come in second once. The runner-up this week is Maryland sophomore Alex Len. Honorable mention goes to Duke sophomore Quinn Cook.
